Highland Park Players presents A CHORUS LINE, the stunning Broadway musical with music by Marvin Hamlish and choreography by Michael Bennett. An unprecedented box office and critical hit, the musical won 9 Tony Awards, and also won the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The production includes 9 weekend performances at the Northbrook Theater, 3323 Walters Avenue, in Northbrook, beginning October 10.

Telling poignant stories and aspirations of dancers as they audition to land a job in a Broadway show, A Chorus Line is a powerful metaphor for all human aspiration. Memorable musical numbers include What I Did for Love, I Can Do That, At the Ballet, Dance: Ten; Looks: Three, Nothing, The Music and the Mirror, and One (Singular Sensation). It is a brilliantly complex fusion of dance, song and compellingly authentic drama.

Performance schedule:
Friday and Saturday evenings: Oct. 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25 at 8:00 p.m.
Sunday matinees: October 12, 19 and 26 at 2:00 p.m.
