Full Casting Announced For The 77th Annual Dolphin Show's Production Of HELLO, DOLLY! Image

Full casting has been announced for The 77th Annual Dolphin Show's production of "Hello, Dolly!"

Directed by Isabel Perry and produced by Casey Watson, Austin Manross and Andrew Harlan, the Northwestern University Dolphin Show's production of Hello, Dolly! will premiere in Northwestern University's Cahn Auditorium on Jan. 25, running through Feb. 2.

Now entering its 77th year on Northwestern's campus, the Dolphin Show is a non-profit student theatre organization that annually produces the nation's largest student-run musical. It celebrates the diverse talents of the Northwestern undergraduate community by providing opportunities to learn and excel in all artistic and administrative fields. The Dolphin Show presents a professional-caliber production while involving the community through outreach.

On the heels of a hit Broadway revival and with a lush score by Jerry Herman, Hello, Dolly! tells the story of the effervescent socialite turned matchmaker Dolly Levi. From the streets of Yonkers to the lights of Broadway, from jubilant parades to lavish dining, from schemes and tricks to happy accidents, Dolly is full of shine and full of sparkle; it's a celebration of love and a tale of hope and home.

Northwestern University Communication senior Christina Layton will portray title character Dolly Levi, alongside Peter Carroll as Horace Vandergelder. The show will also feature Rory Schrobilgen as Cornelius Hackl, Sam Linda as Barnaby Tucker, Holly Hinchliffe as Irene Molloy, Lucette Panush as Minnie Fay, Zoë Olson as Ermengarde, Brandon Acosta as Ambrose Kemper, Emma Scotson as Ernestina Money, Drew Straub as Rudolph Reisenweber, Emma Griffone as Mrs. Rose, Isaiah Frank as Stanley and Henry Lang as Judge.

Ensemble members include Trevor Band, Thomas Bentsen, Mia Cavener, Stella Cole, Isaiah Frank, Daisy Garrison, Emma Griffone, Taris Hoffman, Jenna Howard-Delman, Cailyn Johnson, Ezri Killeen, Josh Kuhn, Henry Lang, Hannah McGrath, Olivia O'Brien, Sam Pietenpol, Julian Sanchez, Cassidy Sledge, Drew Straub, Matthew Threadgill, Mary Tomei and Jake Wallack.

Tickets go on sale for Hello, Dolly! on Monday, November 26. For more information, visit http://www.nudolphinshow.org/
