Fox Valley Repertory kicks off their 2013 season with a variety of musical tributes, murder mystery and comedic combat, including: some of the best comedic swordplay in the country, The Swordsmen, a weekend of the popular Beatles band, American English, a one-night only Chicago experience, "25 or 6 to 6" Tribute Band, and the opening of Fox Valley Rep's mysterious production of "The Art of Murder" at Pheasant Run Resort (4051 E. Main St., St. Charles, IL; 630-584-6342).

Known for their annual award-winning swordplay at the Bristol Renaissance Faire and throughout the country, Master Swordsmen Dirk Perfect and Guido Crescendo return to Pheasant Run as The Swordsmen. Learn honor and the art of chivalry through some of the best comedic combat in the area! The Swordsmen perform Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.

After sold-out performances, American English returns to rock Pheasant Run with the complete musical history of The Fab Four. With familiar costumes, vintage instruments and special effects, this band is as close as you'll ever get to reliving The Beatles. From The Ed Sullivan show to Abbey Road, you'll be twisting and shouting to all of your favorite Beatles tunes. American English performs Friday, January 11 and Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 8pm. Tickets are $42.

Get ready for the ultimate Chicago experience with the acclaimed tribute band called 25 or 6 to 4! From recognizable songs like "Wishing You Were Here," "Hard to Say I'm Sorry" and "Saturday in the Park," the Fox Valley area will relive the incredible sound, emotion and energy of the legendary band Chicago. 25 or 6 to 4 performs Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.

From the writer of the hit I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (Joe DiPietro) comes Fox Valley Rep's production of the award-winning whodunit, The Art of Murder, about a frustrated artist, his wife, their insane art dealer and the odd housekeeper. When successful artist, Jack, learns that he has been wronged by his flamboyant art dealer Vincent, he plots a devious plan to kill him. Nothing is quite as it seems in this comedic game of clue full of twists, turns and deception. The Art of Murder plays January 24 through March 17, 2013. General showimes are Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm, and select Thursdays at 8pm. Tickets are $32-$42, or discounted to $20 when purchased as a subscription package.

Ample free parking and valet services are available at Pheasant Run Resort. The resort and theater is wheelchair accessible and hearing amplification systems are available.
