Earth, Wind, and Fire Tribute Set for Metropolis Performing Arts Centre
The high energy and spirited re-creation of the band, the legends, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Earth, Wind, and Fire. Eleven highly talented vocalists and musicians harmoniously join forces to present a celebration of the four decade strong success, popularity and resilience of one of the most successful musical stories ever told. Hear Earth, Wind and Fire's top charting hits such as "After The Love Has Gone," "Sing A Song," "September," "Shining Star" and more. It's a musical and visual extravaganza of the most well-known R&B pop bands ever.
Shining Star will be at Metropolis on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. Tickets are $30, Stage Tables are $35. All tickets can be purchased at MetropolisArts.com or by calling the Box Office at 847.577.2121.
Shining Star is part of the Live Music Series at Metropolis, which brings some of the highest level musical talent to the Chicagoland area. More Live Music shows include Steve March-Torme's Snap, Sizzle, Pop, Deacon Blues: America's Premiere Steely Dan Tribute, The McCartney Years and The Four Freshmen.
