Dead Writers Theatre Collective shall present a benefit-staged reading of Brenda Kilianski's Loos Ends: A Hollywood Memoir directed by Charlie McGrath. Ms. Kilianski's touching comic memoir about the lifelong friendship of one of Hollywood's first screenwriters, Anita Loos and screen siren Paulette Goddard as they recount their career climb in the male dominated film industry spanning from 1914 to 1979. Wit rules as the two women, now in old age, look back on the ghosts and follies of their youth and what led to their big fallout as they wrap up the loose ends of their friendship.
