From the creative team behind Circo Tap! and Mama's Boy (chosen as one 2013's Top 10 Dance Events by the Chicago Sun-Times) comes this time travel love story featuring an original live score by Kurt Schweitz. In Time Steps, love, romance and tragedy mix in this time travel love story . Poetry Slam Creator Marc Kelly Smith poses some intriguing questions in his sixth collaboration with CTT leaving audiences wondering what would they do given the chance to revisit important moments in their past.

"Chicago Tap Theatre's story shows have introduced audiences to a variety of characters, themes and, of course, incredible dance over the years. Time Steps offers a new outlet for performers as they delve into the heartache of love gained and loss with an original score and settings that move through time and locations. We look forward to this new chapter of our story shows allowing all to witness a performance where we flex our acting muscle as well as the expertly crafted and executed dance that defines Chicago Tap Theatre, " said Artistic Director Mark Yonally.

Time Steps cast includes Chicago Tap Theatre company members Aric Barrow, Aimee Chase, Kirsten Uttich, Sarah Owens, Isaac Stauffer, Jennifer Pfaff Yonally and Mark Yonally. As well as guest artists: Andi Bissen, Jamie Salas, Kelsey Schlabaugh, Jessica Williams and Marc Smith as "Narrator."

The production staff includes Sarah Lackner, production and stage manager; Dustin Derry, lighting and projection design; Emma Cullimore, costume design; Jimmy Jagos, set and prop design and Jake Reich, sound design.
