Celebrating Gay Pride Weekend in Chicago and commemorating the birth (June 1922) and death anniversary (June 1969) of the legendary Judy Garland, acclaimed singer COLLEEN McHUGH returns to Davenport's 1383 N Milwaukee, Chicago to perform the joyful songs and jubilant spirit of Judy Garland in "FRIEND OF DOROTHY: Colleen McHugh Sings Judy Garland." This one-night-only performance (June 26 8pm) features favorites from throughout Garland's career, delivered with Second City alum McHugh's powerhouse vocals and trademark comedy. "FRIEND OF DOROTHY" was created for McHugh's monthly New York City cabaret series "Calendar Girl." Joining McHugh as her accompanist is the award winning George Howe.
