When Big Noise Theatre Company's How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying opens this September 23, it will not only mark the theatre company's 10th season performing at Prairie Lakes Theatre in Des Plaines, but it also celebrates the 50th anniversary of the show itself! H2S, the Abe Burrows and Frank Loesser musical, captured seven Tony awards, a New York Drama Critics Circle award and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1961-1962, enjoyed a successful 1995 Tony award winning revival on Broadway starring Matthew Broderick, and is now conquering Broadway with its current 50th Anniversary smash hit revival starring "Harry Potter's" Daniel Radcliffe.

This timeless classic is one of the most delightfully irreverent musicals of all time. A satire of big business and all it holds sacred, HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a little handbook called "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying" to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive, tackling such familiar but potent dangers as the aggressively compliant "company man," the boss' whiny, nepotistic nephew, the office party, backstabbing co-workers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.
