America's First Medieval Craft Beer Fest Set for Nov. 22 – 24 at Medieval Times
Global Scene Productions and Chicago Scene, in partnership with Medieval Times, will present the nation's first and only medieval craft beer festival, "Ale Quest" on November 22nd, 23rd and 24th at Medieval Times, 2001 N. Roselle Rd., in Schaumburg. Ale Quest is the first and only fusion of a craft beer festival and Medieval Times tournament entertainment featuring jousting, swordsmanship, knight competitions, and renaissance-style dinner that is fit for a king.
A three-hour craft beer sampling session, divided into five sessions during the three-day festival, includes local, national and international craft beers. As an added feature, all "ye lords and ladies" may participate in a costume contest, although the wearing of costumes is not mandatory. Awards will be given out for the best group costumes. Use your imaginations and join in on the fun!
Shows are expected to sell out rapidly and early reservations are recommended, particularly for VIP tickets. Schedules for the five sessions and information on ticket packages are available at www.alequest.com.
