Abbey Pub Hosts 'Remembering Jerry Tour,' 8/2

On Thursday, August 2nd the Abbey Pub (3420 W. Grace) will host the "Remembering Jerry Tour" in honor of what would have been Jerry Garcia's 70th birthday. To mark this special occasion, one of the top touring acts of Grateful Dead music, Terrapin Flyer will feature some very special guests including Tom Constanten, former keyboardist for the Grateful Dead. Also on the bill are Wavy Dave and brother's Kris and JP Nowak of celebrated local bluegrass band Cornmeal.

Doors are at 9 p.m., show begins at 10 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance, $17 at the door and can be purchased online at http://www.ticketfly.com/event/131701.
