Hilarious satires of COMMERCIALS, TV SHOWS, FAIRY TALES AND POP CULTURE make learning the craft of acting fun!
GUEST COMEDIC ACTORS will inspire and motivate the actors. At the end of the week, actors will perform in an ACTOR'S SHOWCASE for family and friends.
These camps give the actor resume-building credits for training and performance.

Helen Kearney Konen is a professional acting coach and teacher in the Charlotte area. She teaches acting classes for children, teens and adults at Theatre Charlotte and Myers Park Baptist Church. She has directed actors for over thirty years. She writes, directs and produces two Actor's Showcases a year at Theatre Charlotte, where her actors perform for agents, casting directors and film makers. She was trained in Method Acting by Mathias Reitz, who was taught by the legendary Lee Strasberg in the original Actor's Studio. She has a B.A. in Theatre Arts from California State University Long Beach. She is a member of the Charlotte Film Community Meetup group.
