Linda Ann Watt to Host Master Classes in Charlotte, Starting 6/14
Linda Ann Watt will teach a MASTER CLASS-ACTING & SCENE STUDY. This 10-session class meets weekly at Spirit Square, 235 North College Street, 3rd Floor, starting on Thursday, June 14, 2012, 7-9 p.m.
Students will learn “Method” acting technique with sense memory and relaxation exercises, voice, improvisation and in-depth scene study using substitution, intent, personalization, creative hiding and physical action. Strasberg, Meisner, Adler and Katselas teachings will be explored. One class will be devoted to “On camera” cold reading and the audition process with a final showcase for students.
