DC2 Productions Holds Auditions for FAST TRIP TO OMAHA, 5/24

DC2 Productions is holding auditions for Don Cook's new comedy, Fast Trip To Omaha. The play is set in 1969 when rock-and-roll and the love-generation had taken over most of the nation --- but not one Omaha home where jazz still is king, and family secrets are still kept locked away from the world - and from each other. Until now.
Auditions will be at The Warehouse Performing Arts Center (PAC) in Cornelius from 7 - 9 PM on Monday, May 24th. DC2 Productions is looking for actors to fill two - and possibly three - of the five roles in the script. Here's the breakdown.
SCOTT - 35 - 40. Ex-jock now a corporate writer who dresses like a hippie when he's not with clients.EDDIE - 60-70. Retired bank manager; once played trumpet in a jazz band. Has a silly side hiding beneath a grouchy façade.One female role available:
CONNIE - 60-70. Former band singer; now a homemaker; feisty, fun; carries the deepest secret of all. (tentatively pre-cast but still open to auditions)The Warehouse PAC is located at: 9216-A Westmoreland Rd., off Highway 21, Cornelius.
