Carowinds Announces Live Entertainment Auditions for Today

2011 Carowinds Live Entertainment Auditions! February 26, 2011; 3pm-6pm
Carowinds, the Thrill Capital of the Southeast, is seeking trained, talented, versatile and experienced actors and characters for our 2011 entertainment season on Saturday, February 26 from 3pm until 6pm.
ACTORS: Please be prepared for a cold read and be prepared to sing as well. Sides will be provided at auditions. You may also prepare a family-friendly comedic monologue no longer than 90 seconds in length that displays your personality, comedic ability, and announcing style. Please be prepared for a short dance routine taught by our choreographer so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. No flip-flops. Please bring a one page resume and a current photo.
CHARACTERS: Enthusiastic individuals to portray Peanuts CharactersTM (SnoopyTM, Charlie BrownTM, LinusTM, LucyTM,etc). You must be between 4'11" to 5'2". Please be prepared for a short dance routine taught by our choreographer so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. No flip-flops. Please bring a one page resume and a current photo.

You must be 15 years of age to audition and/or interview.
Auditions are limited to two minutes.
