Mary Dimino Kicks Off 2018 Summer Series at Union Grove Distillery Union Grove Distillery presents the 2018 Summer Series starting with performances on Saturday May 19th, and comedy workshops on Sunday May 20th. Slated to headline the Summer Series is award-winning comedian and television actress Mary Dimino.

Every third Saturday, Union Grove will host a monthly stand-up show, with comedy writing & performing workshops the following Sunday taught by comedian Mary Dimino. Mary is a two time winner of the Backstage Readers Choice Award for Best Comedy Teacher.

Live comedy, coupled with tutelage on how to be a stand up comic, joke writing workshops, and performance classes will be apart of the 2018 Summer Series in Arkville. Light snacks will be served Saturday nights at the main event, then on Sundays, students will learn the art of stand-up and go home with a "tight five" minute set.

Headliner Mary Dimino is winner of a MAC Award for Best Female Comedian (Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) and winner of a Gracie Allen Award. She earned an Overall Excellence Award for Outstanding Solo Show in The New York International Fringe Festival for her one woman play Scared Skinny.

A familiar face on television, Mary Dimino's appearances including NBC's Today Show, FOX's Laughs, PBS, HBO's Chris Rock Show, VH-1's Best Week Ever, Comedy Central's Graham Norton Effect, NY-1, Sirius XM, AMC Interstitial Comedy, sketches on Late Show with David Letterman, sketches on Conan O'Brien, and numerous national commercials.

Mary Dimino's performance dates are Saturday May 19, Saturday June 23, Saturday July 21 at 7pm. Comedy workshops are Sunday May 20, Sunday June 24, Sunday July 22 from 2-6pm.
