HSC Announces Casting for TALLEY'S FOLLY

HSC announces the cast for its upcoming Spring mainstage production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning romantic comedy by Lanford Wilson, featuring actors Danton Stone and Margot White.

Danton Stone was in HSC's "Pursuit of Happiness" by Richard Dresser. His extensive career includes a recent production of "Art" directed by and co-starring Judd Hirsch (the original Matt in the Circle Rep production of "Talley's Folly"). Multiple TV roles include "Sex and the City", "The Sopranos", "Law & Order CSI" and as a regular on "thirtysomething". Films include: the John Sayles feature "Eight Men Out", "Once Around" with Holly Hunter. A veteran ensemble member of Circle Rep he appeared in several Lanford Wilson plays, including the Broadway production of "Fifth of July" and the legendary "Balm in Gilead", and was seen in the B'way, London and Steppenwolf Theatre ensemble of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".

Margot White played Sally in the McCarter production of "Talley's Folly" directed by Marshall Mason. TV credits include "Law & Order", "Ugly Betty", and "All My Children". She has appeared on Broadway in "The Farnsworth Invention" and Off-Broadway at the Pearl Theatre, E.S.T., MTC, Primary Stages. Lincoln Center, and The Mint. Regional credits include Provincetown Rep, ACT, and the Great Lakes Theatre Festival.

The production team includes scenery by Jason Simms, lighting by Andrew Gmoser, costumes by Leslie Bernstein and sound by William Neal. Production Manager is Doug Ballard and the Production Stage Manager is Jason Weixelman.
