Adirondack Theatre Festival's (ATF) 22nd summer season continues with its CABARET SERIES featuring CARNER & GREGOR (ISLAND SONG). Performances will be held at the Charles R. Wood Theater (207 Glen Street in downtown Glens Falls), in the recently renovated Cabaret space on July 31st and August 1st at 7:30pm. Tickets are $26 and are available at the Wood Theater Box Office, online at http://ATFestival.org, or by calling (518) 480-4878. Discount season flex passes are available for the full seven show line-up.

The event will take place in the storefront space adjacent to the Wood Theater (formerly a liquor store). The venue was transformed last year by ATF into an iconic cabaret with a stage space surrounded by tables and chairs. Wine, beer, and food will be available for purchase to patrons.

Join the award-winning writers of ISLAND SONG featuring Broadway performers singing their critically-acclaimed music.

The Carner & Gregor Cabaret features NEd Donovan (Renewal, Angel on my Shoulder, All Shook Up), Meg McWhorter (The Last Five Years, South Pacific, Carrie: The Musical), Hannah Zazzaro (Grease, Peter Pan, Les Miserables), and Philippe Arroyo (Island Song, The Wiz, Trojan Women: A Love Story).

Sam Carner and Derek Gregor were included in Playbill.com's 12 Contemporary Musical Theatre Songwriters You Should Know, and their songs can be heard frequently in concerts around the country and world, having been performed on at least six continents-including Antarctica! They won the 2014 John Wallowitch Award for songwriters under 40 and were finalists for the 2014 Fred Ebb Award. Seven of their songs have been nominated for MAC Awards.

Their musical Unlock'd was produced Off-Broadway at the Duke Theater in the summer of 2013 ("gorgeous" -NYTimes "Astounding, enveloping" -Talkin' Broadway). It also won a Richard Rodgers Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters and was produced at the New York Musical Theatre Festival in 2007, where it won the "Best of the Fest" audience prize and received Talkin' Broadway citations for "Outstanding New Musical" and "Outstanding Original Theatrical Score."
