School of Rock Rocky River

School of Rock Cleveland West, formerly listed at a Rocky River address, now operates at 23820 Center Ridge Road in Westlake, Ohio. The school teaches music through performance: students take a weekly private lesson on guitar, bass, drums, keyboard or vocals and a weekly group band rehearsal, then play live shows at area venues. Programs at this location are Rookies for ages 7-8, Rock 101 for ages 7-11, the Performance Program for ages 8-18 and an Adult Program for students 18 and over. Students in the Performance Program can audition for the school's House Band, which gigs throughout Ohio, and for the national AllStars summer tour. Seasonal music camps are offered, but no camp dates or pricing were posted at the time of review.
