About this camp
School of Rock Broomfield, now at 6500 West 120th Avenue, serves Broomfield and nearby Westminster, Erie and Superior, drawing students from Boulder Valley schools including Legacy High School and Westlake Middle School. Programs pair one weekly private lesson with one weekly group band rehearsal. Rookies is for ages 6-7, Rock 101 for ages 8-13, and the Performance Program for ages 8-18, where students are assigned songs and parts and perform live at venues such as 100 Nickel and at community events including Westy Fest. Songwriting is available from age 12 and an Adult Program serves students 18 and over. Instruction spans guitar, bass, drums, keyboard/piano and vocals at beginner through advanced levels, and Performance students may audition for the AllStars tour.
