Parlando School of Musical Arts provides music lessons for all instruments, ages and abilities. Our main location is in Boulder, Colorado and we also have a satellite location in Wash Park (Denver), Colorado. We offer piano lessons, voice lessons, violin lessons, guitar lessons and much, much more. Our mission is to be Colorado’s premier arts school where people of all ages and abilities come together to share the language of music and the arts. We are proud to be one of our state’s best music schools and look forward to working with you and your family.

Our music lessons in Boulder include private and group instruction for piano, guitar, voice, acting, ukulele, and all band and orchestra instruments. Our faculty comprises some of the best instructors in Colorado with the vast majority holding advanced degrees in music, education, and/or performance.

For younger students, our popular Kids-N-Keys program provides an introduction to music in a fun and social setting while laying the foundation to step into private lessons. Our teachers engage young learners to spark and develop a love of music. This class focuses on basic music skills, centering on the piano – but every semester between 1/3 and 1/2 of the students who take this class move on to other instruments, taking their musical foundation with them.

Musical theater offerings are available year-round including audition, voice, and acting workshops. Parlando also produces full length musical productions involving actors of all ages. Previous productions have included the Xanadu, Little Shop of Horros, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Oliver, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, The Sound of Music, and Seussical.
