Long Lake Camp for the Arts in New York

Founded in 1969, Long Lake Camp For The Arts is a sleepaway performing and fine arts camp on a private lakeside estate in the Adirondack Park of upstate New York, with a winter office in Dobbs Ferry. Campers ages 8 to 16 build their own schedules from theater, improv, musical theater, acting, technical theater, dance, music, rock bands, circus, film and fine arts, alongside a waterfront and non-competitive land sports including horseback riding, tennis and ATVs. The camp is intentionally small, with roughly 225 campers and 145 staff, and follows a non-competitive philosophy. For 2026, three-week sessions run June 28-July 19, July 20-August 9 and August 10-August 30 at $7,600, and six-week sessions run June 28-August 19 and July 20-August 30 at $14,200.
