Gwynn Valley

Gwynn Valley is a co-ed children's summer camp situated on 400 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Brevard, North Carolina, operating since 1935. The camp offers farm, wilderness and traditional programs designed to build character and relationships in a community that fosters personal challenge, connection to nature and the simple joys of childhood. Founder Mary Gwynn built the camp on values of simplicity, acceptance, a non-competitive program and appreciation of the natural world, which the camp continues to embrace. Programs are offered for a range of ages, and the camp runs multiple sessions across the summer, concluding its 2026 season in early August. Gwynn Valley is accredited by the American Camp Association.
