Broadway, film, television and recording star Rachel York  performed her acclaimed cabaret For the Love of It at the Metropolitan Room at Gotham on Sunday, May 4, at 9:30 p.m. York brought the show Variety calls "wonderfully entertaining and extremely funny" back to New York for a one-night-only special engagement. The Metropolitan Room has been hailed by New York Magazine as the Best of New York Cabaret for 2008.

York also recently performed at the State Theatre of New Jersey Gala.
