This past Monday, the Broadway at Birdland concert series presented singer Natalie Douglas in the first of a four-month run of her concert, "Hello Dolly...The Music of Dolly Parton." The celebration of all things Dolly will run Mondays, May 18, July 6 and August 10 at 7pm.

Called "a true force of nature" by The Times (UK), "sensational" by Time Out New York, and "stirring" by The New York Daily News, Natalie Douglas, celebrated vocalist and host of the Sunday night Birdland Jazz Party - returns to the historic room in after this concert's smashing NYC September debut & a triumphant weeklong run in London. Douglas brings back this popular program, in which she pays tribute to another notably buxom performer: the beloved singer, actor, songwriter and Broadway composer Dolly Parton. Featured music includes original Parton compositions like "Jolene," "Coat of Many Colors," and "I Just Might" from the Broadway musical 9 to 5, in addition to tunes Dolly creatively covered like Neil Young's "After The Gold Rush" and Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice." Natalie will be joined by her longtime Musical Director Mark Hartman (Broadway's Avenue Q, Sondheim on Sondheim) on piano, accordion and mandolin, and her talented band of Broadway All-Stars.

The award-winning Broadway at Birdland concert series runs every Monday night at 7pm, as it has for twelve years. Birdland is located at 315 West 44 Street, in the heart of Manhattan's theater district.
