Photo Coverage: Steve Tyrell Celebrates 13 Years & His Birthday At Cafe Carlyle
No, it wasn't his Bar Mitzvah even though it's Steve's 13th year playing the Holiday Month at Cafe Carlyle. However it sure was a joyous evening of music and love as Steve Tyrell's family of fans from NYC and around the country were there to enjoy his show and celebrate Steve's birthday.
Tyrell's friends at Rao's even sent over some red sauce additions to The Carlyle menu for the after celebration. Like Rao's, it's also hard to get a reservation for Steve's jam packed shows but Tony Lo Bianco did.
Steve's daughter Tina and Sunny Sessa and friends were also ringside for the special night. At a Bar Mitzvah they say "you become a man"... it may be his 13th year but Grammy Award-Winning Steve Tyrell has always been a Mensch in the Music World.
