It doesn't only happen on Late Night TV. It happens live and in person Sunday nights at The Carlyle's famous Bemelmans Bar.

Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch perform their eclectic stockpile of songs (much of it suggested by a wildly enthusiastic crowd) and invite you into the party. They have a special gift for letting you eavesdrop on their witty banter and also conversing with the always hip crowd that fills the room. Celebs, friends, and strangers pass through, and they all get a big dose of music (Steve Doyle on bass) and entertainment as the room starts off everyone's week on a very high note.
