Red Lotus Productions presents Neil Berg's "100 Years of Broadway," a concert to benefit World Hunger Year staged at the Purchase College Performing Arts Center in Purchase, New York with special guests Tom Chapin, Ray McLeod, Carter Calvert, Erick Buckley, Rita Harvey and Danny Zolli on November 3.   Tickets on sale at www.artscenter.org or by calling 914-251-6200.

"100 Years of Broadway" recreates the biggest moments from the biggest shows of the century, featuring the actual stars of shows such as The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, CATS, Jesus Christ Superstar and Jekyll & Hyde. "These amazing performers light up the stage with songs from the hit shows in which they starred, as well as other notable Broadway shows. Berg presents brilliantly revived arrangements of Broadway classics, as well as fantastic numbers from Broadway's newest hit shows. The show features a dazzling cast of six Broadway stars accompanied by an all-star New York band and special guest Tom Chapin," explain press notes.

The lineup includes Ray McLeod; Ray has worked in shows with such stars as Michael Crawford (Dance of the Vampires), Placido Domingo (Metropolitan and Los Angeles Operas), and Will Smith ("Fresh Prince of Bel-Air"). Plus work with Disney on the soundtracks: Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and Pocahontas

Other guests include Carter Calvert (Forbidden Vegas; Broadway/Tour It Ain't Nothin' But The Blues; Off-Broadway Forbidden Broadway and The Thing About Men; Cats tour).

Erick Buckley, the first person in the world to perform both the roles of Marius and Jean Valjean in Les Miserables. Other passed roles are Piangi in The Phantom of the Opera, Dave in The Full Monty, Roger in the Broadway revival of Grease!

Rita Harvey made her Broadway debut as Christine Daee in The Phantom of the Opera and recently starred as Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof.

Danny Zolli is recognized as Jesus, Judas, and Annas in more than 18 productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, also seen on the concert stage and in the recording studio around the world.

Tom Chapin, brother of Harry Chapin, is a multiple Grammy Award winning artist and a gifted entertainer who charms audiences of all ages.

Neil Berg is the composer/lyricist of the hit off-Broadway musical The Prince and the Pauper, which ran for two years at the Lamb's Theater in New York City. Neil has produced hundreds of Broadway concerts across the world with such stars as Michael Crawford, Rita Moreno, Bernadette Peters, Ben Vereen, Betty Buckley, Donna McKechnie, Liz Callaway, Eden Espinosa and many other greats. He will be touring over 160 cities in 2007-2009 with his hit show "Neil Berg's 100 Years of Broadway." Neil was the Producing Artistic Director of The Broadway Series at the world famous China Club in NYC, and is now the Producer/Artistic Director of "Broadway Rocks," starting in 2008 at the Hard Rock Cafe in NYC in partnership with World Hunger Year.
