Jenna Esposito - celebrating her third consecutive year as a MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs) Award nominee for "Best Female Vocalist" - will bring poodle skirts and puppy love back to the big city with a reprise performance of her acclaimed show, "Jenna Esposito Sings Connie Francis." Please call (212) 206-0440 for reservations.

"Jenna Esposito Sings Connie Francis" is an engaging and endearing time capsule that revisits the musical world of one of the most beloved and best-selling female vocalists of the 20th Century. Directed by 2010 MAC Award nominee Lennie Watts with musical direction by Fortune Esposito, the show features a five-piece band and backup singers, complete with period vocal arrangements. Jenna explores the ups and downs of Connie's legendary career, her hidden love affair with fellow teen idol Bobby Darin and Jenna's touching personal story of meeting the great lady herself. Like Connie's eclectic output, the show ranges from pop hits such as "Where The Boys Are," "Stupid Cupid" and "Who's Sorry Now," to rock and roll classics to numbers from her landmark foreign language albums. The talented band includes musical director Fortune Esposito on guitar; Tedd Firth on piano; Skip Ward on bass; Brian DeWitt on drums; Brian Broelmann on tenor sax, flute, ukulele, and mandolin; and Kelly Esposito-Broelmann & 2010 MAC Award Nominee Rob Langeder on backup vocals.

Jenna Esposito made her New York nightclub debut in August 2004 and has since performed shows at the Metropolitan Room, the Laurie Beechman Theatre, The Duplex and Danny's Skylight Room. Her shows Jenna Esposito Sings Connie Francis, Takin' A Chance On Love, A Hint of Rosemary: The Songs of Rosemary Clooney, SMOOCH! and I Hate Men: Songs for the Scorned have all received critical acclaim, and her annual "All-Star Birthday Bash" is a fun-filled evening during which she has shared the stage with a number of New York's finest performers. Jenna also writes a weekly column for the theater and arts website www.BroadwayWorld.com and hosts MetroJam, the Metropolitan Room's popular open mic night on the first Friday of every month. Under Jenna's stewardship, MetroJam has been honored with two 2010 MAC Award nominations - one in the category of "Open Mic," and one in the category of "Host - Variety Show/Series or Open Mic."

Jenna recently released her second CD, To Connie...Love, Jenna, which is nominated for a 2010 MAC Award in the category of "Best Recording." The CD is a live recording of Jenna's Connie Francis tribute show, which was recorded during her June-July, 2009 run of the show at The Metropolitan Room. 13 Men...and Me, Jenna's debut CD, showcases her silky, wide-ranging voice and stylistic versatility with well-loved standards such as "Just In Time" and "Down With Love," pop hits including "One Less Bell To Answer" and "Since I Fell For You," as well as contemporary jazz/pop songs. The album also features the debut of an original jazz/swing number, "Remembering September In July." Both discs are available at iTunes and CDBaby.com.

Jenna's New York theater credits include Little Mary Sunshine, Godspell (Wings Theatre), How I Learned To Draw A Sheep (Cornelia St. Café), and Bad Girls by Joyce Carol Oates, as well as Twelfth Night in London. Her regional credits include Anything Goes, West Side Story, Sleeping Beauty and Guys and Dolls. Jenna graduated from Sarah Lawrence College. For more information, please visit JennaEsposito.com.
