Polish Writer/Director Jan Komasa's (Ode to Joy) feature film, the techno-thriller @SuicideRoom, debuts on DVD and Digital March 13th from Wolfe Video.
About the film: "An official selection at the 2011 Berlin International Film Festival and a box-office hit in Poland, the film depicts a spoiled Warsaw teen (Jakub Giersza) who seeks solace in a sinister virtual world after being humiliated at school. Animated sequences draw the viewer into the virtual world portrayed in this psychological drama of a teenager trying to escape the torment of bullying. @SuicideRoom will be available on DVD for $24.95 SRP."
Synopsis:
A series of humiliating events 100 days before graduation pushes privileged Dominik to take refuge in the virtual world of the "Suicide Room." Soon, his online experiences bleed dangerously into reality.
