Darren Criss stopped by CBS's THE TALK to tells the hosts and guest co-host Beth Stern about meeting Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey at the same time and his handshake with President Obama. Later, Darren Criss chats about his Broadway play "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," in which he dresses in drag.

"Alot of my friends are telling me, 'oh man, those heels must be crazy," explains the GLEE star, "but I'm telling you, everybody should do a drag show at some point in their lives because they make these heels differently than your sort of nice heels, which are murderous and torturous. They're kind of custom built for me so I'm not in as much agony as you'd think I would be." He jokingly adds, "But I don't want you to not be impressed by me." Watch clips from the appearance below!

Criss will be appearing in Hedwig and the Angry Inch in a limited 12-week engagement at Broadway's Belasco Theatre.
