Stephen Colbert brought an extra segment to Twitter last night to comment on something that hadn't happened yet before he filmed the full episode of his show, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

"We don't normally tape on Fridays," Colbert commented. "But sometimes after we're done taping, Trump continues to happen."

Colbert mentions that the previous night, January 25, we learned that Donald Trump tried to fire Robert Mueller last June. He jokes, "I can't wait to find out about the nuke he launched on Thanksgiving."
