Scott MacDonald Named CFO of STARZ
Starz, LLC President Glenn Curtis announced the promotion of Scott D. Macdonald to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Starz, LLC. Macdonald served most recently as executive vice president, finance, accounting and treasurer for Starz, LLC where he oversaw the finance and accounting activities across the Starz family of companies out of the Englewood, Colo. headquarters.
Macdonald joined Starz Media in 2006 as senior vice president, finance and accounting, and then was promoted to executive vice president, finance and accounting and treasurer at Starz Media in 2007, Starz, LLC in 2008 and Starz Entertainment in 2009. Prior to joining Starz, Macdonald worked for Adelphia Communications as Chief Accounting Officer, AT&T Broadband as senior vice president and corporate controller and for PRIMESTAR, Inc., serving as vice president, controller.
