PARADISE LOST is set in Colombia, where a young surfer meets the woman of his dreams -- and then he meets her uncle, Pablo Escobar.

The film also stars Josh Hutcherson and Claudia Traisac and is written and directed by Andrea Di Stefano. PARADISE LOST is aiming for a 2014 release.

Del Toro's next projects include The Little Prince, Inherent Vice, Agent: Century 21, Guardians of the Galaxy and How the Light Gets In. Past film credits include Jimmy P., Savages, The Wolfman, Sin City, 21 Grams, Traffic, Snatch., Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and more.
