Halle Berry & Anjelica Huston to Join Keanu Reeves in JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Halle Berry has signed on to star opposite Keanu Reeves in John Wick: Chapter 3, the latest installment of Liongate's action movie series. Anjelica Huston and Asia Kate Dillon (Orange is the New Black) have also joined the cast of the upcoming film.

The story picks up after the events of Chapter 2, which sees Wick, a former assassin who tried and failed to live the quiet life, with a $14 million price tag on his head and an army of bounty-hunting killers on his trail. After killing a member of the shadowy international assassin's guild, the High Table, John Wick is excommunicado, but the world's most ruthless hitmen and women await his every turn.

Berry's character details are being kept secret, but sources say she will not be the film's villain. The script has been adapted by Derek Kolstad, writing team Chris Collins and Marc Abrams and Shay Hatten.

Huston will play a figure known as as The Director while Dillon is The Adjudicator of the High Table. Dacascos is an assassin named Zero, and Mantzoukas as the Tick Tock Man.

Halle Berry (Monster's Ball, the X-Men franchise) is a two-time Actor® recipient. The first recognized her Outstanding Performance in Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, in the Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series category. She subsequently was honored with an Actor® and an Oscar® for her lead performance in Monster's Ball.

Anjelica Huston has received British Academy Award nominations for her work in the Woody Allen films Crimes and Misdemeanors and Manhattan Murder Mystery. Among her other roles, she starred as Morticia Addams in The Addams Family and Addams Family Values, receiving Golden Globenominations for both, and played the Grand High Witch in the children's movie The Witches. She has frequently collaborated with director Wes Anderson, including The Royal Tenenbaums and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. She is also the author of two memoirs: A Story Lately Told and Watch Me.
