Producer/author/manager Kris Jenner invites Giuliana Rancic into her home for an open and honest discussion about her life, including what it's like to be the matriarch of one of Hollywood's most famous families in "Beyond Candid with Giuliana: Kris Jenner."

In the all-new, one-hour special, Kris speaks about the ups and downs of her first marriage, her greatest joys and one particular regret involving THE KILLING of her best friend. Kris, who recently filed for divorce from husband Bruce Jenner, also sets the record straight on tabloid rumors during a little game of "Gospel or Gossip" with Giuliana. Plus, Giuliana gets a taste of a signature dish Kris' family craves, which is featured in her new cookbook "In THE KITCHEN with Kris."

The all-new "Beyond Candid with Giuliana: Kris Jenner" premieres tonight, October 5th at 10pm ET/PT only on E!

Select Quotes:

"It's a delicious feeling, but I often get tortured by Kourtney, Kimberly and Khloé and Kendall and Kylie about it because they think I baby him. I treat him probably like he's a lot YOUNGER than he is, and I worry about all sorts of decisions he needs to make for the day. It's like 'what do you need? Are you OK?' I'm always worried about him." - Kris on her only son, Robert.

"They had gotten through so much together, but it was like, they couldn't live with each other and they couldn't live without each other, so it was that very volatile relationship at times." - Kris on OJ Simpson and Nicole Brown Simpson.

"Probably the worst thing I've ever been through, and to watch my kids have to suffer through. It was a horrible, horrible experience. And I think that we all, you know, I'm sorry. It still stings so bad, like it's so fresh." -- Kris getting emotional while talking about learning her first husband, Robert Kardashian, was dying of cancer.

"It's so funny. It's like give people a computer keyboard and they can say anything they want. And as hurtful as it might be, nobody knows what's going on." - Kris on criticism she's not a good mother.

"I've realized at some point you can't control what ignorant, nasty people are going to say about a family really they know nothing about personally. And 99.9% of the stuff that's printed is absolute lies." - Kris on false stories about her family.
