Chelsea Clinton took to Twitter this week to announce the joyful news that she and husband Marc Mezvinsky are expecting baby number two. The couple are the parents of 15-month-old daughter Charlotte.

The 35-year-old currently serves as the vice chair of the Clinton Foundation. She is also lending a hand in mom Hillary's Presidential campaign, making appearances at stops around the country.
