The band continues to enjoy critical success with appearances and performances on NPR's "All Things Considered" as well as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Lopez Tonight, Conan, The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon and more.

Praise for Showroom of Compassion:
"Deadpan brilliance" - The New Yorker
"We heard this hip little fuzzed-out tune on the radio, and we were, like, who's this cool new band? Maybe something called Bear Antler?
Then we realized it was CAKE." - Rolling Stone
"Lead singer John McCrea unspools dry observations in his usual deadpan tone over the synth squiggles, campy brass fanfares, sNappy Guitar parts, and crisp backbeats that have always been his band's signatures. The resulting confection tastes remarkably fresh..." - Entertainment Weekly
"John McCrea's sardonic, half-sung lyrics and Vincent DiFiore's plaintive trumpet still cut like a mouthful of glass." - Time Magazine
