MY EXTREME AFFLICTION A look at amazing medical conditions and unbelievable abilities, airs as "A Special Edition of 20/20." Barbara Walters reports on the rare, rapid aging, fatal disease called progeria which affects children, on SATURDAY, MARCH 10 (10-11pm) on the ABC Television Network.
