Following Selma Blair's departure from Charlie Sheen's show Anger Management on FX, the first casting call has been released.

According to Entertainment Weekly, execs are on the hunt for a "gorgeous" and "sexy" woman, who also happens to be a "by-the-book psychiatrist," that's on board the sex study Sheen and Blair were working on before her exit. The actress needs to be somewhere between 30 and 40 years old, preferrably Latina or Caucasian - and basically Kirstie Alley from 1992.

The report goes on: "If Charlie and Kate were like Sam and Diane on CHEERS, then you are Rebecca: tough, career driven, neurotic and you wear your heart on your sleeve."

Finally, you must also "hate yourself for eventually becoming attracted to Charlie."

Last week, Lionsgate issued a statement confirming that Blair had left the show. It read: "We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best."

TVGuide.com originally reported that Blair had a serious 'disagreement' with Sheen, accusing him of being unprofessional and a "menace" to work with.

According to TMZ, when Sheen got wind of Blair's complaints to show executives, he fired the actress himself and informed the show's crew that he would not show up for production this morning if Blair was on set. The firing reportedly came via text message.

The former 'Two and a Half Men' star seems to have already chosen Blair's replacement, actress Mila Kunis and has put out an offer to have her guest-star on the show for 10 episodes at a reported salary of $1 million per episode.

Blair's next project will be the feature film Hellboy 3. She has also appeared on television in Web Therapy, Kath & Kim, and Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane. Her film credits include the first two Hellboy movies, In Good Company, Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions and many more.
