Stand-Up Paddling Star Slater Trout to Lead October Retreat at CostaBaja Resort & Spa

As one of the world's top stand-up paddleboard racers and an avid surfer and swimmer, Slater Trout found his path to peak fitness and happiness on the open waters. This fall, Trout will lead a five-day all-inclusive wellness retreat at CostaBaja Resort & Spa, set on Baja California Sur's Sea of Cortez-one of the most vibrant bodies of water on the planet.

Trout is an internationally renowned Stand up paddle racer and surfer who competes on the World Tour circuit, proudly representing the United States. He is the 2014 U.S. SUP Tour Racing Champion, and this year took first place while breaking previous records in the Men's SUP division for South Africa's Dusi Marathon.
