Union Avenue Opera opens its 2026 Festival Season withFiddler on the Roof, a deeply human story of family, faith, and resilience in the face of change. In the tight-knit village of Anatevka, Tevye, a devoted father and humble milkman, wrestles with preserving cherished traditions as his daughters challenge expectations and follow their hearts. Featuring iconic songs such as “Tradition,” “If I Were a Rich Man,” and “Sunrise, Sunset,” this beloved classic blends warmth, humor, and poignancy with enduring relevance.
