Emerging Long Island, NY based artist Zuli's debut full-length album, On Human Freakout Mountain, is out now via Swoon City. The album is available here: http://smarturl.it/Zuli_OHFM.

CON TEMPLATE and Loop Troupe presents Zuli's Freakout Mountain-a Halloween album release show-at Brooklyn's Murmrr Ballroom on Saturday, October 28. The Halloween release show will be the first of a series of special performances down the East Coast with stops in Nashville and Charlottesville. See below for complete tour details.

Recorded in Copake, New York and at Refuge Recording in Brooklyn, the album's 10 songs-on which Zuli played most of the instruments-unite colorful, psychedelic textures with hooks and guitar-driven pop. It expands on 2015's EP Supernatural Voodoo but "goes deeper on every level," says Zuli. "The composition on On Human Freakout Mountain is more intricate, the harmonies more lush."

Following his post-high school stints playing music on the road, Zuli returned to Long Island to write and demo his debut, reconnecting with longtime friends in the process. He settled on the title On Human Freakout Mountain "because I felt the songs all connected to this period in life where everything was in limbo," explains Zuli. "You are still connected to your childhood but you need to make decisions that will potentially affect the outcome of your entire life."
