Rising singer-songwriter Alec Benjamin has unveiled the official companion visual for his song "If We Have Each Other" - watch!

"This song is so special to me because the lyrics are so personal. It's about the one person in your life that you can always count on." - Alec Benjamin

"If We Have Each Other" pulls at the heartstrings, taking listeners on an extremely personal and emotional journey through three different relationships all with the common theme of unconditional love and support. A teenage mother and her son just barely getting by, a 90 year-old couple living their last years together and lastly a brother (Alec) and his relentless love for his sister.

The new visual follows Alec's most intimate release to date, "Death of a Hero," available now at all DSPs (Listen HERE). Upon release, the song was placed as the lead track on Spotify's New Music Friday playlist and TIME Magazine included it on their list of "5 Songs You Need to Listen to This Week," praising Alec as "a singer-songwriter whose voice breathes youthful innocence but whose narrative-led lyrics have a world-weary grasp of reality."

Last month, Alec performed his first-ever headline show to a sold-out audience who sang along to every word at Baby's All Right in Brooklyn, NY. He then brought his captivating live performance to a sold-out crowd at The Echo in Los Angeles. Prior to those headline shows, he performed to his biggest audiences to date, opening as a special guest for popstar Camila Cabello in Atlantic City, NJ on July 30th and Uncasville, CT on July 31st. Shortly after, the burgeoning live performer announced a North American headline tour on sale now at alecbenjamin.com/tour. The dates, which include already sold-out stops at NYC's Mercury Lounge on November 16th and LA's Roxy Theatre on December 7th, get underway November 8th in Dallas, TX and continue through December 8th in Phoenix, AZ.

Benjamin's previous emotionally-stirring releases include the anthem for the underdogs, "The Boy In The Bubble" and chart-climbing single "Let Me Down Slowly." The lyric video for "The Boy In The Bubble," which Idolator called "the perfect mix of introspection and pop," has gone on to amass over 3 million views since release. "Let Me Down Slowly" hit Spotify's Top 10 Global & US Viral charts and accumulated over two million global streams in its first week with Blackbook giving both the song and Alec himself high praise, writing "a stunningly visceral new single, "Let Me Down Slowly," strikingly exhibits both his youthful but compelling vocal delivery, and his gift for lyrical complexity."
