Uber producer Oak Felder and his team The Orphanage (Trevor Brown & Zaire Koalo) celebrate a #1 hit on the pop charts today with Demi Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry." The single is one of five songs that Oak has crafted for the chart topping artist (including "Daddy Issues," "Games," "Only Forever" and Lovato's new single "Sexy Dirty Love,") with the #1 "Sorry Not Sorry" co-written and produced by Oak and his team in Los Angeles.

"Sorry Not Sorry" is not the first #1 for Felder in recent times. As one of the top urban producers in music, Oak has enjoyed a tremendous amount of current chart success with "Distraction," from Kehlani's SweetSexySavage (amongst other songs on the album that were produced/written by Felder,) two # 1 Billboard Mainstream Top 40 hits with Alessia Cara's "Scars To Your Beautiful" and "Here" as well as "How Far I'll Go" written and produced for Cara for the Disney animated motion picture Moana.

Oak Felder has also crafted hits for the likes of Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Miguel, Jessie J, Kelly Clarkson, Jason Derulo, Wiz Khalifa and Big Sean. Felder earned two 2014 Grammy Awards for his work on Alicia Keys' Girl on Fire (Best R&B Album) and Rihanna's Unapologetic (Best Urban Contemporary Album) and a nomination for Usher's "Good Kisser" (Best R&B Song.)

"I'm so proud to have created this song," says Oak Felder. " It's cool see people respond to it the way Sean Douglas, Trevor Brown, Zaire Koalo and myself did while she was singing it in the studio! Awesome team, awesome song."

"Oak continues to be one of the most in demand urban pop producers. With well over a decade perfecting his craft he is putting hit records on both new talent and big established franchise names...and he is just getting started." Comments Manager Lucas Keller from Milk & Honey Music.
