Legendary rock performers Styx, Foreigner and Don Felder will bring their classic hits and energetic concert set lists to the Orleans Arena on Friday, July 25 for "The Soundtrack of Summer," presented by 97.1 The Point.

Combined, the rockers have sold more than 250 million albums worldwide, with 36 #1 and Top 10 hit singles still being spun on Classic Rock radio more than 500,000 times every year.

American Rock band, STYX, is widely known for merging the style of progressive rock with the sound of a hard rock guitar, strong ballads and elements of international music theater. The band has four consecutive multi-platinum albums, as well as sixteen Top 40 singles, including "Lady," "Come Sail Away," "Babe," "Renegade" and "Too Much Time on My Hands."

Formed in 1976, Foreigner is considered one of the world's best-selling bands of all time. The band has garnered worldwide sales of more than 80 million records, including 37.5 million albums in the United States alone. Their most popular single "I Want to Know What Love Is" topped the charts at #1 in the United States and United Kingdom. More of their hits include "Juke Box Hero," "Feels Like The First Time" and "Urgent." Their music was recently featured in the hit musical and movie of the same name, "Rock of Ages."

Known broadly as The Eagles lead guitarist, Don Felder has also attained success embarking on a solo career, concentrating on film composition and session work. In 1983, Felder released his first solo album entitled "Airborne." The album's single "Never Surrender," co-written with Kenny Loggins, was a hit, having also appeared on the soundtrack to the popular motion picture teen comedy "Fast Times at Ridgemont High."

Showtime is 7:00 p.m. Reserved seats are available from $55 and can be purchased by calling the Orleans Arena Box Office at 702-284-7777 or by visiting www.orleansarena.com.
