Talented rock tenor Rob Evan joins with Broadway regular Morgan James to perform a standout selection from the score for DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES, the chart-topping gothic pop anthem "Total Eclipse Of The Heart".

"Not many people actually realize that this song originally was titled 'Vampires In Love' and it was meant for a musical," Evan relates in the introduction to classic Jim Steinman song.

"And, that musical ended up on Broadway literally 20 years later - and it became the biggest flop in Broadway history," Evan shares.

"And I was in it!" Evan says before a hearty laugh from the audience prior to the start of the song proper.

Of note, Evan stood by for star Michael Crawford and others in the original Broadway production of DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES in 2003 as well as headlined OVER THE TOP: THE SONGS OF JIM STEINMAN at Joe's Pub and a mini-tour headlining the Steinman tribute act The Dream Engine in 2005.
