Nile Rodgers & Chic to Perform at 2018 GRAMMY CELEBRATION

Nile Rodgers (three-time GRAMMY® winner) & CHIC are scheduled to perform at the exclusive 2018 GRAMMY Celebration®-the Recording Academy™'s official after-party following the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards®. The Celebration will also feature a performance by GRAMMY-nominated saxophonist Jimmy Greene and members of the GRAMMY Camp®-Jazz Session and a DJ set by Brendan Fallis. After-party guests will be treated to a "Diamond Jubilee" theme-a salute to the 60th anniversary milestone of Music's Biggest Night®. One of the year's most anticipated events, attracting GRAMMY winners, nominees, industry executives, and celebrities, the 2018 GRAMMY Celebration will take place at the Marriott Marquis on Sunday, Jan. 28 immediately following the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

"We're looking forward to saluting this year's GRAMMY winners and nominees at the 2018 GRAMMY Celebration," said Neil Portnow, President/CEO of the Recording Academy. "The show's return to New York City paired with the excitement for the 60th anniversary will make for an unforgettable celebration-and we're pleased to offer guests an opportunity to enjoy an evening of great company, extraordinary food, and dynamic performances that this year's event will deliver."

"Each year we're proud to plan and execute the annual GRAMMY Celebration, and we're excited to bring this year's after-party to New York City as we celebrate this significant milestone," said Branden Chapman, Executive in Charge of Production & Chief Business Development Officer of the Recording Academy. "As one of the largest awards show celebrations, we're looking forward to presenting an invigorating atmosphere filled with memorable performances and exceptional cuisine to more than 4,000 guests."

The Celebration will deliver an elegant and classic nod to a diamond theme as the GRAMMY Awards mark their return to New York City for this momentous anniversary. The menu will feature an assortment of cuisines, allowing guests the opportunity to indulge in four different food stations inspired by the city of New York, and a "Diamond Jubilee" themed dessert collection including a variety of delectable treats.

The Recording Academy will produce the post-telecast GRAMMY Celebration, overseeing all of the entertainment, décor, and other logistics involved in bringing the annual event to life.

Musical experiences on the GRAMMY Celebration Stage will be presented by Mastercard. Aflac is proud to present this year's Celebration Jazz Lounge. The evening will feature signature cocktails by Absolut. Additional partners include Apple Music, Bulova, Delta Air Lines, Hilton, IBM, JBL by HARMAN, Target, Time Inc., Uber and Westwood One.

The 2018 GRAMMY Celebration is a private, ticketed event.
