What a Weekend of Music...

The Weekend of Saturday, October 7th and Sunday, October 8th brings a feast of music to the stage of the Everyman Theatre: on Saturday, two of Ireland's greatest sopranos, Cara O'Sullivan and Majella Cullagh, will come together to present an unforgettable evening of music and on Sunday the return of the Everyman Sunday Songbook will mark the 100th birthday of Vera Lynn.

Cara and Majella will showcase solo and ensemble pieces from their astonishing range of repertoire. Their programme will include duets like Bellini's Mira o Norma and Delibe's Flower Duet. The Everyman Sunday Songbook stars Linda Kenny, DamIan Smith, actor Alf McCarthy, and the fabulous Everyman Sunday Songbook Band in a drmatic re-telling of the life and times of Vera Lynn and will give the audience an opportunity to sing along to some of her most loved songs.
