Kali Uchis Debuts Spanish Language Version of 'Tyrant'

Rising vocalist, songwriter and producer Kali Uchis debuts a new, Spanish version of her single "Tyrant" today-listen to "Tirano," featuring Colombian merengue star Fuego,here.

"Tyrant" is the first track to be released from Uchis' forthcoming debut album, set for release this fall. Watch the video, filmed in Paris and directed by Helmi, here. This new version follows a remix featuring Kali's friend and collaborator Daniel Caesar.

Raised in Virginia and her parents' native Colombia, Kali Uchis' debut studio project, Por Vida, was released in 2015 to acclaim from the likes of The New York Times, Rolling Stone, NPR, Pitchfork andThe FADER. Uchis has collaborated and shared stages with Gorillaz, Diplo, Major Lazer, Tyler The Creator, Snoop Dogg, Kaytranada, Leon Bridges and more.
