Loton, Corp's (OTC: LIVX) subsidiary LiveXLive, the worldwide premium live music video streaming network, today announced that it has acquired the exclusive global digital distribution rights to BTS' The Secret Show, a 45-minute, never-before-seen program featuring performances and interviews at JBTV studios in Chicago.

BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, is a leading South Korean K-Pop band which has broken records for the genre on Billboard's international charts and was named Billboard Music Awards' Top Social Artist in 2017, beating superstars Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. Their passionately engaged social following of over 16 million fans has been recognized by Forbes, while Twitter honored them with an Emoji in their image--the first ever for a K-pop artist.

The Secret Show, which was produced by Emmy-winning music company JBTV in Chicago, will debut globally on LiveXLive.com on Saturday, June 17th at midnight EST, and will then be available on LiveXLive via VOD.

"The Secret Show is BTS at their best," said Rob Ellin, Founder and CEO of LiveXLive. "The performance and interview will excite both fans and newcomers to K-Pop alike, and new users of LiveXLive will experience firsthand the exclusive access and premium content we produce regularly."

BTS is known for bringing strong Hip Hop and Rock elements to K-Pop and for making their music a platform for social justice in a very conservative country. Their lyrics have taken on serious topics that the genre typically ignores such as school bullying, mental health and female empowerment. BTS also receives critical acclaim for having "soul," unlike many bands in the genre who just memorize dance routines.
